Completing the DISC questionnaire

Have you received an invitation but are you unable to complete the questionnaire? We will help you!

Short summary of the video:

  • Press and hold the phrase you want to drag;
  • Navigate to the right spot;
  • Release.

This works the same for mobile and web use.

I can’t log in

Have you received an invitation to complete the questionnaire? Then you do not need to log in. The link in the e-mail you received will take you to the questionnaire.

Have you created an account and are trying to log in for the first time? Then you need to verify your e-mail address. This e-mail may have ended up in your spam. Click on the link in the mail, here you can immediately set your password for logging in.
Have you verified your account or logged in before? If so, please contact us and we will check with you.

Other issues

Is the portal not loading properly or getting into the questionnaire? We may have done a system update. This is because we continue to develop and improve! You may have some ‘old cookies’, causing an error. The solution is very simple: delete the old cookies, restart your browser and that’s it!

How to do that, you can read for each browser below.

Delete cookies on Chrome (laptop)

  • Click on the icon with the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner (Google Chrome aanpassen en beheren)
  • Click on ‘History’ > ‘History’
  • Click on ‘Clear browsing data’ on the left
  • Click next to ‘Period’ in the drop-down menu
  • Select from which point you want to delete the browsing data, e.g. ‘All’
  • Check ‘Browse history and cookies’ if not already marked
  • Click on ‘Clear data’

Delete cookies on Safari (iMac or MacBook)

  • Click on ‘History’ in the menu bar at the top of your screen
  • Click on ‘Clear history’ in the menu
  • Click behind ‘Delete’ in drop-down menu
  • Select from which point you want to delete the browsing data, e.g. ‘entire history’
  • Click on ‘Clear history’

Delete cookies on Chrome (Android)

  • Click on the three vertical dots at the top (Google Chrome aanpassen en beheren)
  • Tap ‘Settings’
  • Tap ‘Privacy and security’
  • Tap ‘Clear browsing data’
  • Check ‘Browse History’ and ‘Cookies’
  • Click next to ‘Period’ in the drop-down menu
  • Select from which point you want to delete the browsing data
  • Tap ‘Clear data’ at the bottom right

Delete cookies on Safari (iOS)

  • Tap the booklet (Bladwijzers Safari)
  • Tap ‘History’ or the clock icon (Geschiedenis Safari)
  • Tap ‘Delete’
  • Select which time you want to delete the browsing data from, e.g. ‘Always’

Delete cookies on Firefox

  • Click the three horizontal bars in the top right(Toegangsmenu openen).
  • Click on ‘History’
  • Klik op ‘Recente geschiedenis wissen
  • Behind ‘Time period to be deleted’, click on the drop-down menu
  • Select from which point you want to delete the browsing data, e.g. ‘All’
  • Tick ‘Browse History’ and ‘Cookies’ & ‘Search History’ if not already ticked here
  • Untick any other options
  • Click on ‘Ok’

Delete cookies on Edge

  • Click on the three horizontal dots in the top right
  • Click on ‘History’
  • In the new screen, click the three horizontal dots again
  • Click on ‘Clear browsing data’
  • Under ‘Time range’, click on the drop-down menu
  • Select from which time you want to delete the browsing data, e.g. ‘Entire time’
  • Check ‘Browse history’ and ‘cookies’ if not already marked
  • Click on ‘Delete now’
