DISC Boulevard supplies DISC analyses to our customers, which they may use for their activities. By means of this privacy statement, we wish to be transparent about the personal data we collect and for which purposes we use them. We therefore take the privacy of our customers, website visitors and other clients seriously. DISC Boulevard only processes your personal data if you purchase a service or product from us or if you visit our website.

The personal data that are processed
We process personal data as a result of the fact that you use DISC Boulevard’s services. DISC Boulevard processes personal data you have provided to us yourself or which you have provided in order to be able to make use of our services. By providing your personal data to us you have granted us your consent to process them for the purposes listed below.
Website visits
DISC Boulevard uses Google Analytics to obtain insight into the use of the website. These data are used so that we can optimise the website for the users. Pseudo-anonymous personal data of visitors are stored in Google Analytics for this purpose. The data that are processed are:

- Browser and operating system;
- Type of device such as tablet, mobile telephone, desktop;
- How the visitor ended up on the website;
- Pages that are being viewed;

Information and newsletter applications
When completing a contact form or when registering for a newsletter, data is requested in order to be able to comply with your question. These data are required to be able to answer your question and to meet the need for receiving information. The following data are processed for this purpose:

- Record of the customer contact

When using our system
As a customer you can purchase analyses via our website. We process the following data in order to make use of our services:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Business data and position
- Invoice details such as the invoice address, email invoicing
- Orders placed
- Payment details via iDeal
- Login details
We work with a third party entitled BOLD Digital for the purpose of processing the data referred to above. The data required in order to be able to make use of our services such as the purchase and placement of DISC analyses are stored with BOLD Digital on a secure server within the EU.
When deploying and performing analyses
DISC Boulevard has a closed platform where DISC analyses can be requested and placed. We process the following personal data in order to enable the invitation and formulation of the reports:
- First and last name
- Gender
- Company name and job title
- Email address
- Reporting
The data referred to above are stored on a secure BOLD Digital server within the EU.
The privacy of children or sensitive personal data
Our service is not intended to collect personal data of respondents below the age of 16, unless they have obtained the consent of their parents or guardian. DISC Boulevard therefore does not collect or retain information concerning persons we know to be below the age of 16.
DISC Boulevard does not provide other services which requires the processing of special and/or sensitive personal data. We will therefore not ask for these data and they do not have to be provided.

The purposes of the processing of the personal data
Personal data are required within all relationships we establish in order to be able to provide our services. We only process personal data that are necessary for the intended purpose. This includes among other things the following purposes:

- To record arrangements pursuant to telephone conversations.
- To set up an account for you as a customer.

- To send a link to complete a DISC analysis.

Security and retention period personal data
DISC Boulevard takes the protection of your personal data seriously and implements suitable measures to counter abuse, loss, unauthorised access, undesirable disclosure and unauthorised alteration.
For example, DISC Boulevard uses encryption by means of an SSL layer, we ensure that only the necessary persons have access to the data, that access to the data is restricted and that our security measures are checked on a regular basis. All data concerning the analyses are stored on a secure server in the EU. If you have the impression that your personal data are not secured properly after all or that there are indications of abuse, please contact us using the contact details indicated at the end of this privacy statement.
If your personal data are required for the provision of our services, such data will be retained until the moment at which you unregister or you indicate you no longer wish to make use of our services. The same applies to subscriptions to our newsletter.
We retain the personal data and reports of the analyses for a period of at most five years. A statutory period of seven years applies to financial data we require for tax purposes.
With whom do we share your personal data?
DISC Boulevard shares your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the provision of our services.
We carry out the management of a customer’s account and the management of the analyses with the related personal data and reporting in close cooperation with BOLD Digital. BOLD Digital has implemented all necessary measures to comply with the GDPR in order to guarantee that your personal data are processed securely.
Third parties to whom we provide your personal data are responsible for the processing of those data and for compliance with the GDPR.
Inspection, adjustment or removal of data
You have the right to inspect, correct or remove your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you may have given with respect to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by DISC Boulevard and you are entitled to data portability. This means that you have the right to submit to us a request for sending your personal data available to us in a computer file to you or to another organisation indicated by you.
You can send a written request for inspection, correction, removal, data transfer of your personal data or a request for withdrawal of your consent or an objection to the processing of your personal data to [email protected] We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any event within four weeks. DISC Boulevard does not have an influence on the use of data by Social Media.
