I’m Gerdy Heek and I help people better land their message with others. There are plenty of tools out there, but I choose DISC because of its simplicity and practicality. Anyone can do it! 

Why choose me?

• Applicable: I teach you not only how DiSC works and what style you yourself have, but also how to quickly assess it in the other person and how to then connect to it.
• Practical: I use Accelerated Learning: little theory, and above all lots of practice.
• Fun: There is a lot of laughter in my training sessions, and people always leave energised.
• Online: Of course live is great, but if that is not possible, I won’t turn my hand to an online training that is just as energetic and where you can practice just as much.
• English: I am fluent in English and have a lot of experience with large groups. So you can also come to me for training for your whole company!

Results

The results of my trainings are still there 10 years later. In other words: instead of leaving enthusiastic and then doing nothing with what you have learned, you get so many tools that you want to get started right away, even at home with your partner.

Besides the theory, a training with me always creates a better connection with your team: you get to know your team better.

I train throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, and am at my best in technical environments, engineers, IT, construction and business services. Send your project team along for a kick-off, for example, and you’ll have earned that back within a day!
