Completing the DISC questionnaire

Have you received an invitation but are you unable to complete the questionnaire? We will help you!

I can’t log in

Have you received an invitation to complete the questionnaire? Then you do not need to log in. The link in the e-mail you received will take you to the questionnaire.

Have you created an account and are trying to log in for the first time? Then you need to verify your e-mail address. This e-mail may have ended up in your spam. Click on the link in the mail, here you can immediately set your password for logging in.
Have you verified your account or logged in before? If so, please contact us and we will check with you.

Other issues

Is the portal not loading properly or getting into the questionnaire? We may have done a system update. This is because we continue to develop and improve! You may have some ‘old cookies’, causing an error. The solution is very simple: delete the old cookies, restart your browser and that’s it!
