Simone Heinen

My name is Simone Heinen and I have a background in communications and marketing. I like to combine that commercial side of me with my passion for teams and personal development. As a trainer, I am enthusiastic but not overbearing. I am goal-oriented, but always with an eye for people. I am good at putting people at ease while asking stimulating questions.

Why become a DISC trainer with a marketing background? I very quickly noticed that I could deal well with different personalities and found this interesting, which led me to delve into team development. I have managed several teams, always putting the team’s interests first. After all, achieving goals is much easier if you are comfortable in your own skin and cooperation goes well. So this is also my goal as a trainer: to show teams and individuals how they can work together. DISC is a great tool for this, giving you a lot of insight into yourself, but also into others around you.
