Nienke Dikmans

I am Nienke Dikmans and with my 15 years of experience as HR Manager, team trainer and coach, my down-to-earth West Frisian practical view on cooperation and interactions between people, I am the person to guide a team towards effective communication and cooperation. I do this in an enthusiastic way with a good dose of fun, with a loving touch here and there.

I believe in really doing something for a colleague, in trust and honesty. So if team members do their best to understand each other, you get further in a collaboration and ultimately a smooth cooperation is a result. But sometimes team members need help with that, which is why my company is not called Beacon with Guts for nothing:

Beacon, because I believe you can determine a route together in a team. Together you can achieve a goal and make each other stronger

But for that you need Guts:
Guts, to look at yourself
Courage to really show yourself to your colleague
Guts, to speak out

Over the past 15 years, I have coached 500+ conversations and conducted 40+ DISC team trainings in which I have noticed that people find it difficult to speak up. I have seen that after my coaching and ‘calling a spade a spade’, openness was a result. That is why I help the team to work together from connection and fun, so that they really understand each other. From talking and getting insights, to action with results.

Not unimportant: besides being a team trainer, I am the mother of twins, love vegetable gardening and being outdoors, but I can also enjoy the fireplace with a nice snack and a good glass of wine.
