Mireille van der Zon

My name is Mireille van der Zon. I am a “people person” but certainly do not lose sight of the result while doing so. Enthusiastic and goal-oriented.

What motivates me is when people can and dare to take an honest look at themselves. So that, through awareness, they come to insights that lead to new behaviour. No tricks, real change comes from within. When I see that they regain control of their lives, set beautiful concrete goals, become happier, come one step closer to the best version of themselves, that makes me happy and gives me (even more) positive energy.

To be able to help other people take a step further in realising their personal and business dreams and goals on the basis of sincere attention and connection is therefore my great passion. Working with questions such as ‘why do you do what you do? What are your patterns and beliefs and how do you break through obstructing patterns?’

How do you use the talents within your team, how can you communicate more effectively, what are the unwritten rules is your team, how do you create a positive approach culture? Together, we look for the answers to these and other questions. I translate the goals into a concrete, customised development plan and guide you in the steps that need to be taken.

The road to change and to realising your dreams and goals is often challenging, outside your comfort zone and very exciting. It is also a wonderful journey that is more than worthwhile!
