The places where I have worked (such as within youth care and at the Zuidas) were always very diverse, the target groups and colleagues incomparable and this line can also be seen in my circle of friends. Precisely because I am incredibly curious about everyone’s motivations, I see opportunities to make surprising connections between people. The best thing there is!
