Working on team building, commitment to diversity and talent or resolving underlying conflicts? I coach you and your team towards greater cooperation, commitment and responsibility, with the help of DISC, among other tools. I am convinced that every person wants to be seen for who they are and what they can do, and to work together from trust to make a meaningful contribution to the best team results.
It is my mission to let (international) teams shine in their diversity of colour by creating a safe environment for growth and curiosity. Also in cases of underlying conflicts or when organisations are in transition.
During the intake, we explore together what your team wants to achieve and what it needs. My added value lies in customisation. Looking at the level of development and the ambitions of the team, I use the working method best suited to your situation.
For example, DISC, a method in which each team member gains insight into his or her qualities and communication preferences and those of colleagues in a relaxed setting. Or working methods on giving and receiving feedback, team roles, conflict, quality games.
Positive effects are:
- Increased openness, mutual trust and better interpersonal relationships;
- Insight into everyone’s qualities and communication style, improved cooperation and better role distribution;

And thus creating the safe atmosphere for deepening and sustainable change. My 25+ years of work experience as a diplomat, existential counsellor in healthcare and business & executive coach (ICF accredited) gave me the basis to get the best out of every individual and every group.
